Whole Body Bath: For external use only. Fill bathtub with warm water. Mix 1⁄2 of the Ultimate Detox Bath canister into your bath water. It is not necessary to dissolve all of the crystals. Soak in bath for 10 to 20 minutes. Then rinse off and drain tub. Residual particulates in the bath water may be rinsed down the drain.

Foot Bath: For external use only. Place 1⁄3 of the Ultimate Detox bath canister in a plastic or glass (nonmetallic) container wide enough to place your feet. Add 12 cups of warm water. Swish the contents around in the water with your hand. It is not necessary to dissolve all of the crystals. Soak feet for 10 to 20 minutes. Then towel-dry feet
